Levels of Service
Option #1: We've Got Everything
This package is for the busy host(ess) who needs assistance in handling everything from start to finish. With this option, WGIC will be there to coordinate from the conception of the event right up until the last guest leaves. You will direct the creative vision but leave all of the work to us! This package includes everything from both packages below as well as additional services like RSVP management, all vendor communication/meetings, marketing & promotions, sponsorship/donor assistance, and more.
Option #2: We've Got the Day
This option is for the host(ess) who has the planning under control, but wants someone else to take the reins on the big day. WGIC will be at your event in order to make sure everything from set-up to strike goes as planned. You will be able to focus on having a great time with your guests knowing that WGIC has everything under control.
Option #3: Ask We've Got It!
This package is for the host(ess) who has a vision of their event, but needs some help getting there. This 'Ask the Experts' package includes assistance prior to the event with vendor recommendations, contract review & negotiation assistance, budget, itinerary, timeline and check-list templates, theme development, and more. We've got the ideas, you handle the details.
Each package can be tailored for your event to give you just the services you need and none of the extras that you don't want. If you just need help with one or two areas, ask about our A La Carte options.
